1. Introduction

Ceon Media provides downloadable digital media content, including videos customized based on user-provided input. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final, except where required by law. Refunds are only provided in cases of defective or inaccessible products due to an error on our part.

All customized videos created through our platform are stored on our servers for a limited period of 30 days from the date of creation. Users must download their purchased content within this timeframe, as Ceon Media will automatically delete the content after 30 days. After deletion, the content cannot be retrieved, and Ceon Media bears no responsibility for any lost access.

3. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership

3.1 User-Generated Content

Users may submit text, images, audio, or other media ("User Content") to customize videos. You retain ownership of any User Content you provide; however, by submitting content, you grant Ceon Media a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, store, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Services and for internal business operations.

3.2 Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all User Content complies with applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to upload, share, or create content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Contains defamatory, abusive, illegal, or otherwise harmful material.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

3.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ceon Media, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights, except where such claims result from Ceon Media’s negligence or misconduct.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to our platform, website, and any non-user-generated digital media ("Company Content") remain the sole property of Ceon Media and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

4.2 Limited License

Upon purchasing a high-definition (1920x1080) or higher resolution video, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital media content for personal or commercial purposes as outlined in the specific license terms accompanying your purchase. 5. Payment & Refund Policy

5.1 Payments

All payments must be made through our designated payment processors. Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

5.2 Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases where the purchased product is defective or inaccessible due to an error on our part. Users must submit refund requests within 14 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceon Media shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., cyberattacks, force majeure events).

In no event shall Ceon Media’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in illegal activities, or attempted to misuse our platform. Terminated users will lose access to their purchased content unless otherwise stated in applicable licensing agreements.
