Refund Policy

All items sold on Ceon Media are digital goods, and therefore cannot be refunded after delivery. Refunds are only provided in cases of defective or inaccessible products due to an error on our part. Ceon Media WILL offer a full refund if:

  • There is a technical error in the provided digital file, which was not the result of user error during video submission.
  • You purchased a full-quality video, but the full-quality video does not accurately reflect the preview video from which it was generated.

Ceon Media will NOT provide a refund if:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing the video.
  • You submitted the wrong inputs during the video submission step.

Refunded licensing:

In the rare event of a refund being issued after the digital goods have already been delivered, all licenses and rights to use the digital content are immediately revoked. This means that usage of any refunded digital goods are strictly prohibited and will be considered a breach of copyright.
